Join Wake County Indivisible and the TRU (Triangle Resistance United) coalition of local activist organizations to make signs for upcoming October 18th No Kings protests!
This is a great community opportunity so see familiar faces and make new friends. Yes – we are STILL resisting and still pushing back against authoritarianism, censorship, illegal ICE activities, the big/bad/ugly GOP bill and more. Make your voices heard – and seen! – through your signs for this next big event.
We will have some sign-making supplies, (cardboard, posterboard, paper and markers) and we highly encourage attendees to bring their own supplies and creative ideas.
Have some fun, support Raleigh Brewing Company – a local business who gives back to the cause – and make signs to support local and national defiance of king-building in a nation built in liberty and democracy.
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
