DESCRIPTION:Join FLIP NC – and Justice Anita Earls – for our first Durham canvass and happy hour debrief of 2025! We’ll meet at El Quetzal Guatemalan Mexican Grill (formerly Roots) in South Durham for a brief training\, hear from Justice Earls\, and return to El Quetzal after canvassing to debrief over drinks and snacks. \nDuring these summer canvasses\, we’ll talk with left-leaning voters about their concerns and make sure they know about the far-right takeover of our state courts. \nIt might seem early\, but this type of early canvassing is the best way to increase turnout among low-propensity\, left-leaning in the coming midterm. \nFirst-time canvassers welcome! We’ll provide all the information you need and can also pair you with an experienced canvasser. \nYou will receive additional canvass information the week before the canvass. \nThank you for joining us!
