Join us for the 24th annual Charlotte Labor Day Parade in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, on Monday, September 1, 2025, as we honor and remember the hardships and accomplishments of American Labor! Labor Day is an acknowledgment that workers made this country what it is today, and workers deserve freedom, fairness, and security. The Charlotte Labor Day Parade is a genuine Labor Day parade, put on by organized Labor honoring American Labor on Labor Day.
Organized by the Labor Day Committee in conjunction with the Charlotte-Metrolina Labor Council and other local labor unions, the parade honors the accomplishments of organized labor in our country, our region, and in our community.
The parade will begin at 11 a.m. and will run down North Tryon Street from 9th Street through the Square, turning on 3rd Street and ending.
Come on out for “an old-fashioned parade – union-made”!
