Last month it was reported that President Trump was pressuring Senate Leader Phil Berger to draw new maps favorable to congressional Republicans in exchange for a political favor. Now Senator Berger said “we will hold votes in our October session to redraw North Carolina’s congressional map.”
We are gathering to send the GOP a message: North Carolinians are watching and we’re not backing down.
